Where is he getting his money?

I'm really curious where my sibling is getting his money. He started smoking up again. I knew he was going to start again. He will never grow up!! He doesn't care about other people in the house. He turns up the tv volume really loud. People got to go to sleep to go to work the next day. Very selfish!!
